  • Refunds are not applicable to sale items, gift cards, or final clearance products.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day return window.
